After struggling with a charcoal handwarmer (which when it works, works brilliantly, but goes out a lot) I figured I wanted something a bit easier to use.These are great - they come in pairs but you can open at either end of the sealed packs, so can use one and save the other for another time - you just open the pack and in about 5 mins its toasty warm.Great for cold bleak days - and I would say it does last a long time. Didn't check if it was 7 hours or not but it lasted my whole trip out and was still above room temperature in the morning!Excellent item.

but gets really hot and last for hours

They do what they are supposed to do-keep your hands warm. I played golf today in a 15/25mph wind so the wind chill was almost zero. The hand warmer heated up quickly and was still warm when I finished as were my hands. They are supposes to last 7 hours but fortunately I have no experience as a golfer of this! An excellent buy.

Bought these as insulation for my digital camera when shooting at night and have found them to be fantastic if insulated .i.e. not much good if exposed to the cold but great if not .not tested out how long they last for yet but recently were fine for five hours on the camera with a merino wool jumper wrapped around.

These handwarmers stay hot for around 8 hours, brilliant for tucking inside ski gloves.At this price they are excellent value for money

The hand warmers are good - as my hand get so cold playing golf and I get difficulty in holding the club - so having one warmer in my pockets does the trick for a round of golf! Not to say my play is any better!!Would recommend

This product is the best thing since sliced bread. I'm a rambler who now suffers from Reynauds and these hand warmers have made winter walking the pleasure it used to be
