Very nice visual Deterrent
Without a full alarm system there isn’t many options that provide this type of sensor, so when this came along I was very intrigued. The unit comes with everything needed even batteries included (although worth changing for premium batteries), you basically have to line up the double sided patch then it’s simply a case of peeling off back cover and choose your location. In the very centre of the unit it has a spring mounted shock sensor making it quite sensitive. You have two modes on the unit low sensitivity and high sensitivity we tested sensitivity it takes a thud with a fist to set it off. The alarm is very high pitches and makes it extremely uncomfortable to be in that room. For the price point and size it’s great.Advantages:- price point- Ease of install- Batteries included- High pitched noise putting off anyone being in that area.Disadvantages:- Double sided tape not very strong but sufficient.- Batteries are cheap Chinese and worth instantly changing to Premium on install. To conclude a great unit perfect size and what’s more it doubles up as a warning sticker to people viewing it from the outside.

Tiny alarm with a big mouth
After some idiots tried to pry my door open with a flat head screwdriver whilst I was home I needed something to feel a little more secure. It’s very small but effective, a loud sound is all that’s required to ensure the riff raff run like forest.Front door and back, I’ve tested it a few times and it’s extremely loud and on the ‘high’ setting it’s been completely fine.Only time it goes off is when I forget to turn it off and I’ve opened the door - which is pretty much what’s required. It’s cheap and effective and will deter burglars as soon as the sound comes on and there’s attention on them.Worth every penny, what I would advise is getting some decent Energizer lithium AAA batteries and not to use the ones they supply as they are cheap, which is why some reviews have mentioned it’s not loud enough - it really is. Enjoy and stay safe people.

Value for money good quality.
When these arrived i decided to test them before fitting I noticed on the front the part that sits against the window there was a button that once mounted would be engaged so I turned the units on and flicked them on top of the unit and the alarm sounded I then engaged the button and flicked it again and the unit didn't trigger as easily so I'm assuming the button is there preventing the unit from being over sensitive and also if a window is actually broken. The units themselves appear to be made to a good quality and I do like the warning stickers that is visible from the outside. I've had these up a little while now and they haven't gone off for no reason however I have set them off by accident when I've slammed the window shut and I must admit they are loud and did make me jump which is a good thing. They have two settings high and low they are not overly big so don't take up much window I put mine near one corner of the window.I feel there were value for money as first off all they have the warning stickers thats a visual deterrent then if someone is bald enough to ignore the visual deterrent and they are loud enough to be heard outside the property. The only slight downside which is nothing to bad once mounted so the warning label can be read from the outside the units themselves seem upside down maybe that's just me but well worth purchasing for that added peice of mind in security.

Really loud
This is second pair purchased to replace old alarms. Really does the job. After installing did some tests . Banged softly & very hard on different areas of the glass. Alarm activated every time. Also, managed to activate it when I banged on my chopping board too hard. Board was on countertop below the window. Obviously the vibration set it off. Alarm could be heard outside, both at front & rear of house. As evidenced when 2 neighbours came running. Really easy to apply. Little bit fiddly for me to move the on/off switch on the side but I am an OAP with arthritis. Will definitely be purchasing another pair for the remaining windows.

One of two didn't stick
I have these already and the 3 that I have work brilliantly, however, I don't know if they were purchased here. I therefore got a further two for my windows and one of these didn't stick, fell off numerous times resulting in frequent alarms, I had to tape up to the window before leaving for holiday. However, when they do stick and work they are very effective, the three settings are helpful (high, low, off), and generally easy to install. Giving three stars only due to the lack of one sticking which is quite an important factor!

Good deterrent
Needed these before going on Holiday. They are loud, sensitive and very visible. If you forget to turn them off you certainly know about it! They do exactly what I needed them to. Not sure how I am going to take them off as I stuck them in the middle of the patio doors and they are very stuck on. Does the job. recommended.

Work well
I was originally given the ones that had the fiddly little cell batteries by someone from victim support, as they were recommended by the police. They are quite effective. Only problem I had was when I wanted to remove them to replace with the ones that took the AAA batteries. It’s good they stay in place so well but we’re hard to remove. They were really stuck to the window. Got round this by soaking round the edges with sticky stuff remover and prising them off with a screwdriver, otherwise you would need arms like a gorilla. But performance wise they have been very good and give a bit of peace of mind.
