My technique is to drink about a half a packet before I leave for the day, drink a big bottle of regular water while we are doing our briefing, refill that, then during preflight I will drink from a cooled blender bottle with the other half of my packet. I will use up my other water bottle during the rest of the flight. I've felt great every day and have not had any symptoms of dehydration despite sweating for about five hours straight every day. This is absolutely a stronger rehydration packet than Liquid Iv. Of course... yes.. it does not taste sweet like other products, it really is just salts. If it's cold, it's not bad at all. At home i keep a pitcher of sweet tea on hand and I have found even just a big splash of it on top of my salty water mix will make it quite palatable. However, if you're in a situation like mine, I would recommend drinking it before it gets warm. If I wait to drink my blender bottle of Trioral and it gets hot in the aircraft, it's kinda like drinking sweat.

Not usually one to write a review but i think this deserves an exception. Simply put, I've tried everything, this is the real deal, nothing compares. Tastes good cold (tastes bad hot but who tf would do that??), cheap to buy in bulk, dependable, no artificial sweeteners, it just works. Wish i could buy this stuff by the pallet.
