This is an excellent product, exactly what I was looking for. Well built. It has a wide adjustment range and should fit any phone. The griping surface is a slightly soft rubber that allows it to grip firmly without concern about damaging the camera. It works fine on my tripod and articulates easily. The blue tooth shutter remote works well. Just turn on your camera blue tooth, turn on the clinker and press the button. No app required. Unlike regular cameras, there is no shutter noise with my camera so no way to know if it has taken a photo, but it did each time. You will have a hard time getting more for your money than this item. If you check my review history you will see I'm not a paid reviewer. This item is just that good.

Best thing is this EASILY fits my iPhone 7 plus in its case! I don't need to remove the case to mount it which makes this immensely easier to use than other phone mounts. The first photo shows it can easily accommodate a much wider phone. It tightens into position well enough. I avoid over tightening since it's mainly plastic, but feel I'm able to get it to hold securely.I have one small complaint. I intend on using this with a tripod and the bottom of the mount (photo attached) has a structural support line going directly down the middle from the screw hole where you'd want it to align with the second "dot" on the tripod's quick release plate (third photo) and because of this line it doesn't readily attach squarely onto the plate (photo of it attached to the quick release plate at an angle). The "dot" is on a spring, tho, so I CAN get it to attach properly. It just takes extra effort. And, many tripod quick release plates have this "dot" so it's just interesting that the manufacturers couldn't have accounted for it in their design.

Easily the best $9 I ever spent. Took seconds to pair to my Goggle Pixel 2 and it works flawlessly. Takes a picture instantly in photo mode. In video mode one click starts the video next click ends it. Now I can video my golf swing without an assistant, or take group photos without assistance (just a tripod). Did I mention is was ONLY $9?

I wanted a simple tripod mount for my iPhone 8 Plus so I bought this. I thought it would be ok but it's actually better than just ok especially considering the price. It's plastic but what would you expect at that price? Also, it's very simple and I like the simplicity of gadgets like this. As for the remote I can't imagine that anyone would have a difficult time pairing it with a phone. It practically did it all it self. All in all a good product and I recommend it.

Not the sturdiest mount, but it also wasn't the most expensive. The Bluetooth button works brilliantly, and I haven't had any issues using it. I don't like that the mount is so flimsy, but again, you get what you pay for. It does the job just fine when I'm using it at home. For travel, I will most likely purchase a metal one just for durability, but this does the job for now. All in all, worth the money I paid, even if I get a new one later.

Ordered last night and already delivered, less than 24 hours! Took about 30 seconds to set it up and test the remote for photo, video, and slo-mo. Will be very helpful with coaching/performance videos allowing me to capture short, concise videos without all of the back and forth to the phone. Really happy so far!

The mount itself is satisfactory. I like that you don't have to pivot the tripod to rotate from portrait to landscape mode.The remote DOES NOT take pictures with Pixel phones but it WILL adjust the volume on the phone (only up, not down- tried Pixel 3 and 5) Installed the 360 camera app as other sellers suggest. It took one photo, then every time you try to take a pic it prompts you to pay for the upgrade app!Installed the Open Camera app and the remote DOES work for pictures and video.

The mount fits my tripod and holds my phone just fine. That part is fine. The remote only triggers still shots on my Galaxy S5 phone; it won't start or stop a video.
