Arrived a Bit Damaged..
Similarly to the previous review, we had a little trouble with the sticker label, simple to remove. However, the glue had to be treated with a Goo-Gone product to successfully remove the sticky from the wood handle. This was a minor issue. (See photo)Our major issue can be seen in the other 2 photos where the steel spade is fastened to the handle. As shown, the cap of the tool portion had been struck hard with what is obviously and likely another metal object. This could NOT have happened in shipment because the box shows no signs of damage. Surprisingly, this means the tool was shipped that way by Amazon. We must note, this tool was the very last of this item in stock when we placed the order. Perhaps it was set aside for the very last order to fill and we are that unfortunate customer. Of course, we have no idea just how this damage will affect it’s performance or especially it’s durability. But, we are willing to take that chance.

Great item, terrible packaging.
Nice sturdy tool, have used it a few times. Iwill update the review after significant use.One very irritating note to the manufacturer: There.s a huge ugly neon label glued onto the handle that took me a LONG TIME to peel off in pieces and then use paint thinner to get rid of. Whoever came up with this should be fired. Packaging gone wild. To glue this onto a nicely finished wooden handle , when there are please of easy peel alternatives (i.e. Rubbermaid) is super customer unfriendly.

Life saver for rocky clay soil
This is a great gardening tool. I needed something to help me breaks up very rocky clay dirt. This worked like a charm. It's hard work, but this hoe saved me a lot of time. I'm so glad I bought it!

The thatching rake arrived with bent tines and the metal tine holder was also bent. How do I send it back for a replacement?

Terrible experience
Completely came apart after minutes of use. Handle broke and the thatching tool came off the the broken handle. I hope they will take it back.
