I’ve tried different brands of magnesium glycinate and honestly this is the only one that has actually helped me go to sleep without any struggles. Take it 2 hours before you go to sleep and you should be good to go! It also did help me with anxiety, doesn’t work so fast but I did notice a difference after a couple days.

Read this stuff can help for sleep. For me it seemed to work immediately. Was waking up around 2AM every single night. Sleeping pills worked, but then I would be groggy the next day. This did the trick. I still wake up early, but now I'm getting on average about 6 hours of sleep instead of 4. Well worth it to me.

These work for me pretty well. Personally, I feel my sleep improved, I wake up feeling well rested but not drowsy. I've noticed fewer body aches too. Also this seems to stabilize my nervous system. I'm happy with these supplements so far. :)

Love this product. Pills easy to swallow and has helped tremendously with sleep and muscle cramps. Put 3 stars because when I reordered it the package came empty and unsealed. I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement for a few weeks now and I can feel the difference. It helps me relax in the evenings and I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better.
