It was difficult to cut, as you needed a lot of pressure to have a decent cut. You would also need a strong ruler to guide the blade, which I feel could also be difficult. to guide the blade **Q: Can it cut leather?** A: I would imagine it would cut THIN lightweight leather but not thick leather, it is not a heavy duty blade **Q: Hi, which Replacement blades are needed for this cutter?? I have used all the spares that came with it** A: Most rotary cutter spare blades should fit. I have two of these and I just buy any. **Q: Do you get a perforater blade with this, as some are saying they didn't receive it, and if so does ot work on thick card?** A: Hi Krystal, It came with 3 straight cut blades, 1 perforating cut blade and 1 wave cut blade but I'm guessing you should receive whatever is shown in the image or datiled in the description. More than that I can't tell you as I have only used the straight cut blade other than to say, it's been a marvelous piece of kit used for cutting thick polypropylene webbing. I'm still using the original blade and it's remained razor sharp. Blades are sharp and cut well, I love having the lock mechanism as I've young kids, and whilst I keep things like this safey away it's always a nice extra to know there's a lock as a safety feature. The size and grip is ideal but the functionality lacks when (if like me) you use it with a corner edge to cut a perfectly even line. There's a part on the rotary blade that sticks out and it catches, so when using things like corner pieces I have to use a box cutter.
