Is it normal for raw freeze dried food to have an aroma?

Yes! Since our foods are made with high levels of meat, you can expect the food to have a meaty aroma. Some proteins have a more noticeable aroma than others.

What if my pet has tummy issues after eating raw freeze dried food?

Any change in diet comes with a chance of digestive upset. This is why we recommend a slow transition over the course of 5-7 days when changing your pet's food! This helps give your dog or cat plenty of time to adjust to his or her new diet.
