My son absolutely loves it. When his older siblings visit they all play with it. It helps with their bonding.

So far I havnt been able to use it.The green light wont come on to tell if its charged.My husband was so excited to get one. Its confuseing on how to turn it on . Do I need 2 apps or one .The meta Horizon app ??? or The Oculus 2 app. Which phones are compatible with this game ????.

Awful PCVR experience. It always bugs sound and never works no matter what you do, and the only way to fix it is to restart the headset and pc until it magically starts to work. any time you dissconnect, even for a second, as soon as you power on the headset its a laggy mess and the only way to fix the damn thing is to restart everything(PC too) until it works. It's a mediocre piece of hardware with terrible software that never seems to work, and every single update will break some aspect of it. If you plan on getting the device stand alone, then maybe it's fine but even then the experience is very limited and imo, very short-lived. if you want to even try and expand that experience with a pc forget about it, it will work for 30min then youll spend the rest of your time trying to fix the damn thing. Oculus's brand used to be good now i cant recommend it. Meta has ruined the image for me.

My grandson loves it. This is his second one. Amazon honored the extended warranty, even after almost 2 years of use. That is amazing.

Absolutely do not buy one. Meta has no support phone number and do not respond to your emails. If something goes wrong with it there’s just absolutely nothing you can do. Terrible
