Easy for a novice to use
So far so good. This was easy to set up and sync with my other electronics. Response time is fast.

Charging cord won’t work!
Received brand new 17 inch Laptop and the charging cord won’t even work. The laptop is at 35% power..Tried to chat with HP support and that was a joke. Tried to message the seller and that was even worse.

This is a very nice computer. My computer person was very impressed with the computer and the extras that came with it.

No warranty
I like the laptop. It's very fast for the main purpose that I got it which was video editing. There's a huge hard drive and lots of RAM. There was however no HP warranty which means this may have been a refurb. I'm not sure. There's also no built-in camera and no card slot.

Net Shady
Computer works fine but some of the programs don’t seem legitimate meaning I was told I’d have free office but don’t try to register office or it will invalidate it- that seems shady. I think it was overpriced but too late, I bought it. Overall it’ll do.
