Very well engineered for flawless operation and easy set up and clean up. And so delicious! Just an amazing product. Be warned it is loud when operating and takes up space on counter-but oh so worth it. Healthy treats! We love low fat greek yogurt with frozen fruits. Easy peasy. Worth the investment.

I had both of the Creamis and the Swirl is the better option by far UNLESS you only want traditional or scooped ice cream then it would be pointless. BUT, if you love a good soft serve ice cream then this is literally the best option on the market for price and versatility. Recipes for days, the size of the machine is quite large so you'll want space, it seems very durable like its made with high quality material, and the functionality is straight forward and easy to use. This makes some of the tastiest ice cream available, literally buy your favorite ice cream and turn it into soft serve. Bam!

This produces beautiful ice cream, frozen yogurt, and frozen dessert-type products, as good as that available in my local markets, and I can make frozen dessert out of almost anything, including my protein drinks. I can also make almost any variety of low carb ice cream that I want, and am experimenting with unusual ice cream products.A few notes:- This machine is loud when creamifying the ice cream - about as loud as my vacuum cleaner. This will turn off some people, and can be a problem using it where noise is a concern.- Need to prepare and freeze ice cream 24 hours in advance, so spontaneity might be an issue. Any unfrozen pockets can ruin the texture, so needs the full 24 hours. It can turn commercial ice cream into soft serve for those spontaneous moments.- Very easy to clean, the parts are all self contained, and the main unit does not touch the ice cream or get dirty (except maybe the drip tray), which is a huge plus.- Expensive, but long-term return on investment may be good versus buying commercial frozen dessert products, and it is in the price range of many medium- to higher-end home ice cream makers, and of the many I have had in the past, this is the best so far, so worth it.- It only comes with two ice cream cups, and with the need to freeze 24 hours in advance, most people will need more. Fortunately they are also available here on Amazon, in two-packs. Make sure to buy the ones specifically for this 700-series machine, because older versions for previous machines will not work with this newer machine.

Once you get used to all the moving parts and proper steps, this thing is a blast! Easily make ice cream, frozen yogurt, and so much more. My wife is a huge soft serve person and so this simply a blast for her. It’s a little spendy and larger than I expected, but worth it!!

I'm quite enjoying the ease of use of this product although it is quite loud... like for about 5-7 minutes you are hearing a construction saw going so that sucks. The soft serve side is finnicky recipe wise; some things just melt too fast to be cone worthy. I LOVE how simple it is to use though. I froze a can of crushed pineapple and made pineapple sorbet and it was SO DELICIOUS. I've been experimenting with the various soft serves in the book and some need tweaking. Beware of the heavy cream... the creami has a tendency to over-churn it and make it buttery; the flavor of the ice cream is still good but leave the greasy film in your mouth.

Seriously considering sending it back!I have a Breville Ice Cream compressor and have for years. It makes fantastic ice cream.I was attracted to this ninja because I love soft serve and thought this would be great for the summer.I finally tried it today. Was in the mood for soft serve. Followed their recommended recipe exactly. Well it was soup within seconds.I was so disappointed. The texture was gritty and the consistency was soup-like.I will try once more and reach out to the company - but for this price or any price it's not worth it.

So simple and the possibilities are endless. Game changer for ice cream at home. I am a fan of Ninja products and own many. They have always performed well and been dependable.

If you're not a soft serve afficianado, and need that swirled texture, then go with the CREAMi. For us, it's perfect.You can get industrial soft serve machines, and serve dozens of people, but at 10x the price. This works for the home kitchen.
