Great product!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the only brand of mozzarella I buy. It has a clean taste and it cooks really nicely. It's worth every penny. The organic valley farms are good as far as researching humane treatment of their animals. I had a bag that was out of date and I opened it just to see, there was no mold and it tasted perfectly fine.

Very flavorful, clean cheese!
Organic Valley has my trust and their shredded cheeses have a lot more flavor than most already shredded cheese! I’ve always hesitated to buy already shredded because they usually taste like almost nothing! I’m sold on this and won’t need to shred my own in a pinch.

Disappeared faster than expected
bought this shredded cheese thinking, “It’s cheese… how much can it really impress me?” Turns out, quite a bit. First off, it comes pre-shredded, which means I didn’t have to risk my knuckles on a grater at 7am. Immediate win. I opened the bag, grabbed a handful (yes, straight from the bag—don’t judge), and boom…snack acquired. Good texture, good quality and good value for the money.
