We took this portable expresso machine on a vacation where we stayed in a condo. We were shocked by the high quality of the expresso that we made with this. It was also fast and easy. We used Nespresso pods instead of filling the grounds container. This worked well also. Would be great for camping it’ll any trip- or even as a very inexpensive home expresso maker.

This manual espresso machine works great! I find myself preferring it at times over my much more expensive home machine. The size of the shot is perfect for a strong large single with great crema to boot. I tested with a capsule it works fine also but I prefer the larger self ground shot.It is well constructed and I feel confident it will last for some time.(Note) I do find the effort to pump can be substantial depending on your grind, I grind quite fine and the pump effort is well rewarded but worth mentioning.

Was so excited to receive this carrier bag as I bring my portable coffee maker to work with me daily. However, when package arrived was actually a beer cozie with a hook and NOT the carrier bag in photos and description. Refunded right away. There is no room for capsules and hard to even fit maker in. Feels like a scam. I wish I could give 0 stars. Save yourself time and just put your coffee maker in your lunch bag.

Taking on trip

I love this espresso maker and highly recommend it. I can’t live without espresso and when I travel to Asia or other cities this saves me. The trick is to buy capsules with foil like Kimbo or Lavazza since you need to make holes in them to work. You can always use regular espresso ground coffee, but on the road, at the airport or on the plain, this is just too much. It also helps to preheat some of the internL part with an extra cut oh hot water including the glass. I love this little press and just wish I knew about it years ago. Highly recommended it. Check some of the YouTube videos out there, but you won’t regret it.

Good quality product ..according to the price

Fits just right for "STARESSO Portable Espresso Maker". Makes it easy to carry around. Glad I was able to find one (of the very last ones). It even has a little side pocket for the measuring spoon and cleaning brush.I hope the firm consider making it available again but off course, that depends on anticipated demand.I say good job !
