This works to help calm me better than any drug or sedative. I feel more focused and my energy level is up. I have ever taken. I take one when I wake up and one before I go to bed. after about three weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my stress levels. I feel more calm now. I gave it four stars because the capsules are usually the same amount, but there are some that are not all the way full in some cases half full.
