So Far, So GREAT!!!!!
OK... so, I bought another stylus (for $15), then an refurb Apple Pencil Gen 1 (for $65), then this one (Penoval AX Ultra 2), not really knowing which direction I'd ultimately go.The First stylus I bought was a simple, Turn On and use. it worked ok, but skipped everyone once in a while (leaving a gap when writing, or simply wouldn't write at all for a second or two). So, I knew that an Apple Pencil would be better....so, I bought one from Best Buy.The Apple Pencil, of course, worked great. Easy paring, no skipping, and ..... Pressure Sensitivity, which I wasn't really sure I needed. Since it stays paired (unless you turn Bluetooth off) when you're not using it, the battery of the Pencil and iPad is affected. I saw the battery drop quite a bit from intermittent use. (Clarification... I don't know what the battery health of the Pencil is...it may be a bit degraded). It's going back to Best Buy.Now, The Penoval.... Downside: No Pressure sensitivity (Same for most third party Pens). That's it, every thing else is a Plus.If you connect it via Bluetooth (IF... you don't HAVE to in order to use it), you get shortcuts, via tapping the pencil, and clicking the On/Off button on the end of the pencil. Through the Note App they mention, you can map different functions for both, to different apps (GoodNotes, Notability, etc...) So, you can double or triple tap to erase, change to highlighter, undo, redo, switch to a specific tool within an app, etc.... Click the button to switch apps, return to Home Screen, and much more. So, that's amazing. Even the Gen 1 pencil (and Apple USB-C pencil, I believe) can't do that. However, there is a battery reduction due to the bluetooth connectivity. I don't know what's Normal, but I did notice a dip in iPad and Pencil battery --- Oh, when connected, it shows up on the battery widget, which is handy. It can be used without connecting as well, either turning Bluetooth OFF, Forgetting device or never connecting it. It still writes wonderfully, and rejects palm interaction the same. But, from what I can tell so far, definitely reduces battery drain. I'll probably use it mostly like that...but, it's nice to know that the rest of the functionality is there when I want it.Great Pencil.... I hope it's durable, and last a while.

Works great
I bought it to use in editing music in the ForScore app. Works perfectly. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Great accuracy, poor battery and be aware of replacement nibs
The A4 pro is a great apple pencil alternative. I use it on my ipad 9th and it works flawlessly, it has great accuracy, the tilt function works fine (not great), and it is just what I need for notetaking. The pencil does have a couple of cons, though. The battery doesn't last too long and to replace the nibs you have to buy them from Penoval's website only - because the screw-on part is too big no standard-sized nib replacement that you can find on amazon will fit. I really wanted to buy it some metal nibs but unfortunately that's not going to happen. Also, the pencil is a bit thicker than the apple pencil, which might affect whether silicone cases/sleeves will fit it. I think I got this pencil either just before the AX pro was released or I missed it when browsing, because the AX pro seems like it would be a much better fit for me - longer battery life, same diameter as the apple pencil, and standard sized nibs. Unfortunately, when I found out about the AX pro, it was too late to exchange the A4 pro for the AX pro.

Penoval ax pro 2
I love this product and the service regarding it was an amazing experience for me.when I first ordered the pen it came sooner than expected, however, I got a defective product whose battery died very quickly after charging.I sent an email to Amazon i got an apology and they gave me the option to choose between a refund or a new product free of charge.I chose to get the new pen and the delivery was through an express company and arrived really quickly, the pen that I now have is very good.it is worth to mention that maybe getting a paper feel screen protector is a good idea because using the pen on the iPad screen is making a sound that is very noticeable and might disturb people around.

Most of the utility of the Apple Pen at a tiny fraction of the price.
I've got the current version of the Apple Pencil and a couple of the older models (that charge with a Lightning cable) and while I appreciate their utility, it's a little frightening to carry the current version given how easy it might be to lose a $130 piece when you're tossing it in and out of a briefcase all day. So the Apple version stays with my iPad Pro 12.9 (sorry, but those magnets just aren't enough, though I appreciate it charging the way it does) and I bought this to go with a new iPad Air on the job. You have to occasionally charge this version (USB-C port, same as the new iPads) and it doesn't work with the pressure-sensitive apps, but it does allow you to change line widths by tilting the pen a bit and that's most of what's needed. Otherwise, it's accurate, has the same general weighting and hand-feel, and it comes with a couple of spare points, though I'm unlikely to need them. I mostly use it exactly the way I use the Apple Pencil when I'm taking notes or sketching. I've even done some graphics using variable line widths with it. Overall, a great value and a whole ton of usability for the money. No squawks, either -- it works as advertised.

Excellent apple pen alternative
This an excellent alternative to apple pen, and priced very fairly i might add. I have the wireless charge version of this pen, and it charges wirelessly via the magnetic charger on the side of the of the (exactly as advertised). I must admit i was a bit skeptical about the wireless charging part as the pen is not exactly first party product to apple, but i am pleasantly surprised how well it works. Response time is also excellent and no lag whatsoever. It doesn’t have the standard tap to erase gesture like OEM apple pen (which is expected), but you get two clickable gestures (app switcher and home) via the clickable head. All in all, happy with my purchase. It is a definite buy in my opinion.
