I use this band on one arm for weights below the elbow as a preventative for tendon "tweaks". I've been using one for years after tweaking a tendon once a long time ago. I couldn't find this in the stores anymore and here it is. My old one got so the female Velcro was not gripping anymore, so I ordered this as a replacement. In the meantime I washed the old one by hand the Velcro came "alive" again! So now I know.... but I will keep this one for back-up. This one does have the sponge pad pressure point, but I really don't need the pressure point pad since my arm doesn't hurt.....I just need a band to support the tendons so they don't get "tweaked".......preventative. Works perfect for me!

When I wore it the first time, I wore it most all evening. I noticed when I took it off, my pain and soreness was gone. This thing really works!!!!

Tendinitis

The plastic buckle digs into the elbow and due to the size it cannot be worn under any clothing. It's unfortunate that it didn't work out and I'm disappointed that it isn't eligible for a return because I could tell right away this wouldn't be a good fit.

This small arm brace is easy to put on and conceal under your long or mid-length sleeve blouse or shirt. It gives extra support when lifting or doing other everyday tasks.

Works well, stretches out after a couple months of use.

This product was recommended by an orthopaedic fellow at the hospital where I work. I thought it was just too easy of a treatment for my tennis elbow...but it worked great! I wore it for 3 weeks and my tennis elbow is gone.

Works great! Relieved my elbow pain(tennis elbow) emediatly, when I used for workout and yard work. Puts pressure on sore spot to suppress ache.I wouldn't bother leaving on all day while sedentary.
