I was a little nervous because I thought it was a scam. I was proved wrong. I am actually able to connect my work laptop (on remote days) and works just fantastic. If you have a Verizon Account, it was a breeze to set it up and add. Just be patient to go through all the prompts and adding info. Definitely worth your money!

You better keep up with the original charger and cord because it does not charge well with other chargers.

This Hot Spot replaces one that I've had for over 6 years! It was easy to get connected to my computer. I'm old (78) and I don't like things that I have to fuss over. I only hope this one lasts as long as the last one.

I have to tell you this is the best purchase I have ever made!!!! Except for Verizon representatives being stupid enough to tell me that it’s not compatible with their service, I mean come on how in gods name is a Verizon hotspot not compatible with your service because I didn’t buy it from you??? I set it up myself no problem!!! Fast shipping. Works great
