There's no real downsides.
This is my and my daughter's first water flosser. She recently got braces and I want to make sure she takes care of her teeth as best she can. Flossing is awful. Honestly, I don't even do it. The orthodontist gave us the clear to use a water flosser and only manually floss once or twice as needed per week. (like when things get stuck, etc.)It is bigger than I thought, but the design to pack it up as compact is brilliant. When packed up it's the size of a shampoo bottle, when in use it's like a slim tall 28 oz water bottle. My daughter was not thrilled at first, since she couldn't keep her mouth open and the stream is so powerful. I had to...motivate her to keep trying, even a little bit at a time. We've had it for about a week now, and she's getting used to it. She agrees her mouth feels cleaner and it's quicker than regular flossing for sure. There's no way to make this chore a joy, but it's certainly better than regular wire flossing.>>Has a learning curve.>>Powerful. Careful with sensitive teeth and when kids are using it. Even the soft mode, isn't really that soft but more so softer than the normal mode.>>You have to keep your mouth closed when using it so you can't see what you're doing compared to regular flossing>>Don't take it out of your mouth with it still on (or turn it on outside your mouth) or you'll get water every where.>>One standard tip leaked out water from the connection. Thankfully, it was the only one and the other two worked without leaking as well as the other tips.>>Really makes your mouth feel clean afterwards.>>Have not tried the nasal irrigation, but with it finally getting cold around here we might be using it soon.>>Also works for dentures if you don't want to brush them when wearing them Way better than the denture brush in that case, IMHO.There's no real downsides. It's a trade off for a more compact and general product than one that has more control for softer streams, so it really depends on what you want. I'm pretty happy so far as is my newly braced begrudging spawn :)

A perfect traveling companion
The most important feature of this flosser is its portability. When traveling you realize in a room that you can brush your teeth but without your water flosser; something is missing! You can’t travel with the huge device on your sink, so this item is perfect. Fact is, it’s so vesitle it may replace the one that’s on your sink now. It can suit BOTH purposes!! The set up was easy. I charged it for three hours until the blue lights stopped blinking (see video) . It comes with attachments that are not included by other manufacturers like the nose sprayer and carrying bag. Bottom line is that this is a perfect device for small sink space and for travelers that like to take their tooth hygiene with them.

Fantastic Portable Oral Irrigator
We purchased this oral irrigator because my wife and I use a Waterpik at home, but it's not something that you can just pack up and take with you when we go out of town. I did some research on Amazon, and decided to give this one a try due to the low price and good reviews. We have traveled out of town once since purchasing it, and we've used it at home a few times to make sure it's working properly. We found the design to be really neat. The same plastic cover that goes over the device when not in use is the same one that's used to fill it up with water. It comes with various tips including a nasal irrigation tip, and a nice travel pouch to put it in while traveling. It has 4 different operation modes which provide plenty of pressure, and the water reservoir is big enough to clean out your mouth without refilling it. The only thing that isn't included with this is a power brick for charging (cable is included), so you'll have to use your own. Overall, we are quite pleased with this purchase as it does everything we need it to do, it's small, portable, and it won't break the bank.

Multi-purpose gadget that’s portable - genius!
I got this because my old water pik finally broke after many gears of use. I picked this one because it was a small unit that’s portable - both advanatges for me since I’m travel a lot. Very easy to use and works well. It comes with a cord to recharge it, so no hunting for batteries plus it has several attachments and a drawstring bag to store it all. It even has a nasal attachment (I included a picture of it) which I really didn’t even notice until I received it...but I came down with a bad head cold while traveling and tried it out! It helped like a neti pot would - so now I am really impressed with this thing!

Gets in all those tight places floss wont
It was weird at first took me a few times to get the hang of it cause it's just so different from what I am used to but once I figured this out I love it .My mouth has never felt so clean. It get in all those tight places and get all the stuff from around my teeth it's amazing.I love the portable bag to put all my attachments in so if I travel I can take it all with me so easy.I love that it also comes with a nasal attachment and setting on it.I have very bad sinuses so this flushes them out and I feel so much better and can breath again.I love this.Saves me alot of time too

Brilliant, Portable, Reach hard to reach places, Modes, and Battery life
This is a brilliant little device. There are areas between my back molars that are near impossible to floss but seems to be within reach only to a water-flosser. The water tank is a bit small and I would really wished it could have a larger capacity. However, the smaller tank does have an advantage as it makes this much more portable. There are difference modes that can be set: Normal, Soft, Pulse and Sinus. I started off with soft, then pulse and then normal. It does get a bit of getting used to, but once I got it down, it was smooth sailing from there. I have only used the hard tips, but it does come with a single soft tip and a sinus tip (similar to that of a neti pot).I do like that the battery life is able to hold up quite a bit. After about 2 weeks of daily use, I have still not charged it since the initial full charge upon receiving it.

I like this water flosser
I like this water flosser. It is compact, so it is easy to carry it with you even when you are traveling. It offers 4 modes. On top of that, it has 4 heads. It even includes a nasal jet tip. A great buy.
