These eye masks are refreshing, easy to use and mess-free. I really haven't enjoyed using this type of mask in the past, although they do seem to work. It seems as if the brands I have tried are often saturated with slippery fluid and so thin and floppy that they are hard to position properly. I've torn a few just trying to get them in the right place. And they feel a bit cumbersome, even though I am not wearing them for all that long.But these eye masks are quite thick and have a substantial feel to them. The outer layer of the masks feel (and look) a bit like a padded bandage rather than the more typical thin film. After lifting the masks off the clear plastic backing sheet, the inner layer is soft with a smooth gel on the surface. These masks are so easy to position, and if I make a mistake and don't place one exactly where I want it, I can lift it up and re-position and it still manages to stay in place. The masks feel very cooling at first, and while this sensation lessens a bit over the next few minutes, they still feels very nice. I can feel the pads seem to start to dry as the gel becomes absorbed into my skin, but there is no tightening or pulling on my under-eye area. I've been leaving the masks on for a little longer than the suggested 10 minutes, simply because they seem to work so well for me. The pads are easily removed and my skin does feel hydrated and smooth and the appearance of the lines under my eyes is improved. I have very sensitive skin, but I did not experience any of the tingling or burning sensations mentioned by some of the other reviewers. I also thought one of the reviewers had a pretty good idea as far as using these masks around the eye area. After using these masks as intended, and then leaving them in place for 20 minutes or so while I go about my day (they do not slip or fall off) there still seems to be plenty of gel left. So, I just apply them to cover the lines at the corners of my mouth, give them a little pat to press them in place and I'm good for another 20 minutes! And I do see and feel a difference....I've tried quite a few products from StriVectin and I've always been pleased with the quality and results. These were no exception, and while pricey for only enough masks for six treatments, I have to say that I do think they are worth the cost, at least as an occasional splurge.The

Very soothing and a nice way to pamper yourself. Amazing how much it does in just ten minutes, which shows it's high quality. Love that I can get it done while brushing my teeth or getting ready in the morning...super quick and easy.I'm happy with how my under eye looks after using just once, and even better after 3x a week: soft, less puffiness, less discoloration and moisturized.

I love wearing these eye patches. I have a ton of eye serums and creams that are usually pretty disappointing and do not actually do much for me. I found myself using these a good bit when I did not get good sleep the night before and I really do notice a difference with these. I would say it's worth giving him a shot if you've not tried them yet.

These eye masks look and feel like bandaids. They are dry and non cooling. I am not sure if they contain any microalgae essence. After ten minutes, the under eye area looked slightly smoother but not much moisturized. Would prefer gel eye patches over this.

From the wife: These really brighten up my under eye area and they seem to smooth the really fine wrinkles as well. I would definitely use these again.

These are great under eye pads.They’re nicely packaged so that they’re easy to pull off of the backing and apply. They feel cool and soothing immediately after putting them on, and they stay put while moving around the house. When I peel them off after twenty minutes, the skin beneath my eyes is visibly smoother and more hydrated.Thirty nine dollars (current price) for a six pack makes these more of a special treat for me than a day in day out staple, but they’re totally worth it if you can afford the splurge.

I could see some improvements, but the camera couldn't capture them.These are a a lot different than the normal cold, slimy gel things that go under the eye. The material is closer to a fabric with a much stronger adhesive to keep it in place, I was almost concerned at first that the adhesive would be too harsh on the skin under my eyes, but it was just fine after the allotted time went by. They were very secure and I had no problem going about my day with these on.I've used half the treatments and I do think they improve the area under my eye. I saw reduced darkness, and I think the puffiness went down a bit, but it doesn't last more than a day or two sadly. Making these a special occasion thing, rather than part of a routine.

I like these so much! After leaving them on a few minutes longer than the recommended 10 minutes I feel like really do see a positive difference under my eyes and I’m pretty cynical about such things! They are soft and feel good while wearing. Easy to apply and when one was feeling a bit too close to my eyelashes it was easy to move. Also easy to pull off. No noticeable scent.
