I purchased this to ingest as I previously used Terraimin clay powder. I found out this was only for topical. I did ingest for a month and I could not sleep at night. I went back to using terramin clay powder which I put in capsules to save money. I now use this only for a detox mask. My skin looks and feels so smooth!

I heard about bentonite clay on TikTok and came here to order some. I googled a foot detox using bentonite clay. All I know is the next day I was feeling more energetic. Can't wait to try a full body detox bath.

First of all, I am completely in love with the brand. And this bentonite clay is nothing short of amazing!! I use it for detox, toothpaste and for my face! It seems to be the best brand I’ve found so far and I couldn’t be more happy.

I like this stuff. I add it to my hot bath soaks One thing that really bugs me is that the manufacturer won't tell you how much to use for different things, such as a hot soak bath, v/s, say, a poultice for the skin.I can figure out the poultice. Just add water until it's the right consistency for a poultice.But the bath? Since this company won't give you a "suggested use," I have been forced to turn to other sources to find the answer. Half the websites I read say you need "four to five cups" of montmorillonite clay if you want an excellent hot soak bath.Well, hell, that's more than comes in the entire little one pound container -- for a single bath! So...if that's the case, I won't be buying this stuff any longer. To add four or five cups of this stuff to every bath would cost close to $20 per bath. Too expensive.

I'm using it for detox, and it seems to be doing the job.
