I was hoping this would work for me but it didn’t, I went through a hole bottle with no results UPDATE: After I posted my one star review, seller contacted me to offer a full refund. This was completely unsolicited. In the 20+ years of buying off Amazon this is the only time a seller has offered a refund without being asked. I didn’t think this product had anything wrong with it I just figured that it didn’t work for me and whatever is causing my issues. So based on their excellent customer service, I am changing my review to 5 star.

I would love to give this product 5 stars as the first week it worked for exactly what i needed to get things going. However after that about 5 days it stopped working, no more stomach movement or growling when hungry. And in a few days after that i was back to the state i was in before i bought it. Motility it’s my issue and unfortunately it just didn’t work for me.

I don't think I have ever written a negative review on Amazon before but I felt inclined to here just to warn anyone who might have stomach motility issues... Bought this because I have a history of SIBO (confirmed) and figured speeding up motility would help. For whatever reason, this product caused me pretty severe stomach discomfort. Like a serious burning and or sourness feeling. I don't have any history of gastritis or stomach ulcers or stomach wall inflammation as all my previous three endoscopies did not show anything like that. So for me, even though my stomach wall is not inflamed, this still caused me really really terrible symptoms for whatever reason. The company seems like a solid company, and I am not questioning the quality of the product or price but... This might be the first time I have ever bought a supplement that caused me pretty severe distress when following the dosage correctly. Maybe try this product if you KNOW for a fact that your issue is solely small bowel motility and not stomach motility because if your stomach is even remotely slow, you might get symptoms similar to mine, maybe from prolonged exposure to the active ingredients? I'm not sure but just be careful with this one. I think in total I only used maybe 6 or 7 capsules and I physically cant take them anymore unfortunately.

This supplement, along with meal spacing of at least 4-5 hours, seems to be helping me get the food moving down my gut without causing diarrhea. If you have SIBO, you might want to give this supplement a try.

I won't lie, I was honestly a little scared to purchase this because of the reviews, but after trying 2 different motility activators with no results: I took the chance on this and boy am I glad I did! I take this in addition to an herbal protocol + digestive enzymes prescribed to me by an herbalist as part of a treatment to see if we can get my SIBO eradicated and I must say: it works extremely well. I'm not one for exaggeration and am the type of person who is QUITE nitpicky/skeptical of things like this, but I'm surprised to say that not only does it actually work: it also works WELL and I personally haven't had any side effects. With this + the digestive enzymes alone, I went from rarely getting hungry, feeling generally unwell, and having a BM once every 1.5 weeks at most to getting hungry every 4 hours, feeling quite a bit better, and going at least twice per day. After being sick for so long, trying so many different things, and seeing no results, it honestly feels like a godsend. My only gripe is that it's a bit pricey and the bottle is only halfway full of pills but other than that? It's great. This works for me, I wish it did for everyone else but if you're in a position like I am: it's worth a shot, at least!

Read the fine print! I bought this, opened it and THEN noticed in very, very tiny print, “DO NOT TAKE IF ALLERGIC TO RAGWEED”. Well, of course, I’m allergic to ragweed. What would make this unsuitable for a ragweed allergy??
