This is the one.
Great chair with lots of customization. Seat depth is adjustable. Headrest does not need to be installed if one does not require it. Lumbar support is an adjustable bar of plastic, unclear how much this actually helps but I imagine a small foam cushion for additional support on this bar would be helpful. The 4D armrests are pretty amazing, you'll certainly find a position that you prefer and if not, the arms can be easily removed from the chair as well. They slide extremely smoothly however there is no way to lock the position of the armrests so they will likely be knocked out of your preferred alignment requiring regular adjustment. All of the physical actions you can undertake with the chair is extremely smooth. Sitting in the chair causes no noises. Leaning back or adjusting the chair similarly there are no errant noises and it seems actual construction is good. The chair is quite light and easy to move around. Additionally, it is not top heavy and easy to fall over like a SecretLab chair for example. The seat itself is quite comfortable. It is firm, but does give way a bit and supports better than the aforementioned SecretLab chair in my opinion. It seems there is a decent stock of replacement parts for this chair as well so hopefully will be able to keep using this for many years to come. On sale under $200, I think this chair is a must-buy.

Great budget chair. Dont like the arms.
This chair does a lot right, especially for it's price point. Cushion is actually very good. I'm not sure how well it will hold up, but first impression, I find it more comfortable then my Steelcase Leap or Herman Millers, which is very impressive given the price. The overall shape is pretty comfortable, the lumbar position is adjustable, the tension is not adjustable, and overall I like it. Headrest is slightly too forward for me when sitting upright. Another nice features is that this chair actually goes slightly higher than most office chairs, and is about an inch taller than any of my other chairs at it's maximum height, with no shakyness or play. Build quality in general is pretty good, and comparable to some of the more expensive chairs I own. Adjustable seat position, headrest height, and a lot of adjustment on the arms are nice features, but I'm not a big fan of the arms on this chair. They dont stay in place very well, so if you actually lean on them or put weight on them, then tend to shift around pretty easily. They also just dont go very far forward. If you have the seat position all the way back, then it is fine, but if you are taller and adjust the seat forward, then you may find the arm rests too short. I would like to give 5 stars because of how great of a value this chair is, and I really havent found anything better near this price point. I feel like they tried to include too many motion features to the arms and failed with what is debatably the most important one. Forward/back. They also just shift around way too much. I also wish there was a way to adjust the depth of the headrest. Additional criticism: I like that it is able to recline but there is absolutely no tension. It just kind of falls back when you lean. I wish that the tension was more firm or at least adjustable, but I wouldnt really expect that at this price. Size Comparison: My wife who has a 4'10" petite build did not have as much of an issue with the armrests but had more of an issue with the headrest not going low enough for her. I have a lean build and the headrest felt like it was too far forward for me. Taller/heavier people who have tried it seem to find the headrest more comfortable, but have more of an issue with the arms being too far back.

Surprisingly good for its price point
It's sturdy and comfortable for someone who's 5'6" tall. Huge improvement over my previous Staples chair that cost twice as much. The Donati self-weight is a unique feature of this chair and it's pretty good, makes reclining feel more natural. The headrest is nice even though it only goes up and down, and the cushion is the right firmness so you can sit on it for a long time. The only problem is the armrests being too adjustable, so they just freely slip and slide around like hockey pucks if you lightly brush it with your arm or put any weight on it. This is made worse by the fact that they are adjustable in every direction. Had to screw the arms open and put rubber stops inside them to keep them in place. They need to be stiffer so they actually keep the position you adjust them to. Even with how annoying the armrests are, the rest of the chair is so good that I'd still call it a great value.

Comfort and Customization: A Great Ergonomic Office Chair
The COLAMY Ergonomic Office Chair is a well-designed option for those seeking comfort and support during long work hours. Its high-back mesh design provides excellent breathability, keeping you cool throughout the day. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest help maintain proper posture, reducing strain on your back and neck. One of its standout features is the 4D adjustable armrests, allowing for customization in height, width, depth, and angle. The sliding seat function ensures a better fit for users of different heights. The chair also offers smooth reclining and a sturdy base, making it a durable and reliable choice. Overall, this is a fantastic ergonomic office chair with great adjustability, making it ideal for long work sessions or gaming.

Best chair for the price, hands down
Feels really, really well built for the price. The armrests are very adjustable (but you can't but them out of the way if you play guitar). The seat is amazing; very plush, but sturdy at the same time. The back rest is very comfortable, the lumbar support isn't too intrusive and is very adjustable up and down; the controls are very intuitive (sliding the seat, locking the tilt). The base is very heavy and sturdy plastic, the wheels are amazing too. Only thing I can say is that the backrest had a little hole on the top. Other than that, would recommend! You can't beat this chair at this price point!

I made my bed and now I'm sitting in it
Like everything I buy that I plan on keeping a long time, I researched the blank out of office chairs under $200. I would have gone over budget if I thought there was one better based on reviews and video reviews, features and price. I don't have very much experience with office chairs, so I let others with supposed experience and knowledge help me make a choice. Also, I think spending over $399 on a home office chair is quite possibly the definition of foolishness. So, with that out of the way, I find this chair to have mostly quality components. The most notable exception are the wheels which are a hard plastic which are horrible on our brick floors, so I replaced them with the "original rollerblade style office chair casters from Oasis". Those wheels are great and they fixed the wheel complaint for an additional thirty bucks. The seat is firm, which is great, but it isn't really ergonomic i.e. it lacks form, but it is wide and comfortable - I'm 6' and 210 pounds and over sixty. The multiple adjustments were a big selling point for me. They all work fine and feel like they will last. I especially wanted the adjustment that allows the seat to slide forward and back which isn't available on most office chairs in this price range, and it works fine. I was also hesitant to purchase a chair without at least a 300 pound rating because I would assume anything less would be cheaply made, and this chair feels solid and supportive. Assembly instructions are great, but it isn't real easy to accomplish without an extra set of hands, so keep that in mind. Given my lack of experience with office chairs, how can I give it an accurate rating? I think four stars is fair, but if it came with rollerblade style wheels (come on Colamy, better wheels wouldn't add much to the cost) and the seat was more ergonomic, I'm sure it would be a five star chair in all reviews. I made my choice, and now I'll live (not too unhappily) with it.

Very pleased!
I’ve used this chair for almost 8 months and I’m very pleased with this purchase! It is an excellent chair overall and really fabulous for the price. I bought this chair because it allows you to adjust the seat depth. Many higher-priced chairs do not have that feature. I also like that the arm rests are adjustable in so many ways. I’ve been using this chair at least 3x/week for 8-12 hours at a time. It remains comfortable and is holding up well. It seems well constructed and the tool included for assembly is easier to use than standard Allen wrenches. I’ve been very happy with this chair. Note: I didn’t put the chair together myself (my partner did that), but he said it was pretty straightforward.

Not so great as BTOD says...
Please don't get this chair guys. I got it and was extremely disappointed with the chair. Really disappointed that BTOD reviewed this so highly, definitely lost some of my personal trust with this one. Here's my review that hopefully helps ya'll (80kg/175lbs, 180cm/5'11"). Cons: 1. Uncomfortable and cheap cushioning. The cushioning on the chair is very much uncomfortable. The cushioning is extremely "squeezable", you can just tell how poor the quality is. Found is extremely difficult to sit comfortably on this chair for more than a few hours. 2. The excessive "bend" in the front of the seat. This one is hard to explain, but the seat angles downwards too heavy in the front of the chair, causing discomfort in my thighs. Additionally, the combination of this excessive bend and the poor cushioning on the chair causes your lower thighs (towards your knees) to often be sinking into the front part of the chair. It just feels like your thighs towards the front of the seat have no support. 3. The lumbar support is way too thick for me. This might be a personal preference thing, but it was really bothersome because you really feel it when you're sitting down. Sure, maybe it's good for back support, but for comfortability, it was a disappointment for me. Pros: 1. Arm adjustments are great. 2. The height on the back of the chair is really nice and comfortable. Was really excited when I got this chair, but overall was a huge disappointment and will be returning.
