Sure! It's a great kids toys for classroom,toddlers, preschoolers, teenagers. It can not only improve the child's concentration, but also improve the child's hands-on ability.

What material is it made with?

I’m not quite sure definitely plastic and magnets. They’re pretty durable though.

Is it suitable to use this magnetic building blocks as a toy for 4 year old boys?

Yes, I bought them for my six-year-old grandson but my two-year-old grandson likes to play with them too.

What's the size of each block? Can someone measure? it looks like 0.9in on a side.

1" square. Much smaller than they appear in photos. Grandkids love them but almost need two sets.
