Solid product
The item was exactly as specified. Worked perfectly and is holding up under regular usage. I have used it a ton since getting it and so far I've had zero reasons to be disappointed.

Perfect! (Could be cheaper though.)
In all honesty, it should be cheaper and have different colors, but this looks good if you have the original Switch console (red & blue joycons). It fits and slides in perfectly, accommodates the overall design of the Switch, and always holds down the correct pins to activate recovery mode every time when used. The only big concern I see is losing this tiny component, but I just keep it locked in the joycon rail and slide the joycon right on top of it to secure it. It doesn't fit all the way, and it can look a bit weird, but that's just a temporary solution.

If you have a V1 Switch and want to hack it you really out to just get one
It’s a glorified paper clip, the plastic is just there to hold its shape so you don’t brick or otherwise damage your switch when attempting to hack it. I use AutoRCM but keep this on hand for if I ever need to disable it for whatever reason

Doing the Jig
This jig serves its purpose well. It’s solid quality and allows me to quickly get my Switch back up and running if someone lets it die. Very happy.

Metal contacts just aren’t large enough, doesn’t ground pins.
Very helpful in concept, poor execution here. The plastic molding fits into the joycon slot a little too loosely and the pins never make contact with the metal on the jig, no matter how much you push or press it into place. Out of 20 tries, it didn’t work once. I resorted to the tinfoil method and it worked the first try. Don’t waste your money here.

Adequate, barely.
The wire contacts were barely long enough to poke through to the necessary side. I had to cut my own wire to size and install it in the jig to make it functional.Serves its purpose with slight modification.
