The LRP 101C KIT is a Single port PoE over Coaxial Extender Kit featuring long range data and power transmission for distances of up to 1,000m (3,280ft.) over coaxial cables. The LRP 101C KIT operates in extreme temperature conditions between 20 to 70 degrees C. The unit eliminates the need for additional power outlet sources, simplifying the deployment of PoE devices such as IP surveillance cameras and Wireless Access Points (WAPs). The LRP 101C KIT consists of a Long Reach PoE injector and a Long Reach PoE extender set which can be paired to operate anywhere in your network infrastructure. It contains the LRP 101CH: 1 Port 10/100TX PoE PD 1 Port Coax Long Reach PoE Injector and LRP 101CE: 1 Port 10/100TX PoE PSE 1 Port Coax Long Reach PoE Extender The LRP 101CH transmits data and power via a coaxial cable to the LRP 101CE, which can be located as far as 1,000m away. It will then deliver the data and a maximum of up to 25 watts of power to a PoE PD over an Ethernet cable. Both these units are housed in a compact, metal encasement that can be wall mounted. The LRP 101C KIT can extend the reach of a network up to 1,000 meters (3,280ft) via a 75 ohm coaxial cable to deliver stable, high quality video transmission. The LRP 101C Kit offers a plug and play installation and does not require additional configuration. Its diagnostic LEDs on the front panel show the operating status of the individual port and the connected systems.

Kit does not come with POE power supply injector. ...
Kit does not come with POE power supply injector. Further issue is Planet does not appear to sell POE power supply injector or suggest one to use. The LRP-101CH uses an POE input jack. But style / size of jack is not given.

Works incredibly well - powers PoE cam at 1000 feet
I needed to install a PoE cam 1000 feet away -- with NO electricity available anywhere along that 1000 feet, except at the starting location. I found the Planet LRP-101C-KIT, and it works very well. Attached you can see a photo of me static testing the setup before I actually buried coax wire. I used a single 802.3at PoE+ switch at the starting location to power everything (ONE PoE+ switch powers both planet devices AND the PoE cam at the end). So, router <-> cat5 <-> PoE+ switch <-> cat5 <-> Planet <-> 1000 feet coax <-> Planet <-> cat5 <-> PoE cam. Highly recommended -- since this setup has been installed and working great since November 2017.
