Our vet recommended this to us and it worked really well. If your dogs teeth are already dirty this won’t get rid of plaque, but if you start using it after a cleaning it definitely helps keep them cleaner longer between professional cleaning and it helps with bad breath too! The flakes themselves are a bit smelly, but not bad and our dog doesn’t even notice it in her food. Tip- the measuring spoon it comes with is tiny and hard to get in/out of the bottle so take it out and tape it to a strong straw or pencil shaft for easier use and just store it outside of the bottle.

Two of my cats do not chew their food, and their teeth looked awful during a checkup. The vet gave me a list of products that were actually tested for effectiveness and this was the one I thought I could use for my pets. Six months later, and the vet said their teeth looked perfect! Just a little bit once a day sprinkled on their dry food was all they needed. Well worth it and do easy to use.I think the smell of it might have bothered them a little at first, but now they seem not to mind it.

My dog is super picky and she doesn’t mind this at all. I’ve been adding it to her food once a day for the last few months. At first, it removed all of her plaque but I’m noticing it’s starting to build up more. I still recommend it but make sure you continue to brush.

I bought this for my Lab mix who has the worst breath 🤢 I did some research and read up on this product and that Vet’s had recommended it. I could tell the difference in my dogs breath within a month, so that is a win for me and my dog. I happened to be at the Vet’s office with another one of my dogs last week and she asked what dental activities I was doing for the dogs. I told her about using this stuff for my Lab and she literally snubbed it and said “that stuff doesn’t work!” Needless to say, she is not a very nice Vet; one of those money is more important than the animal and wants you to buy products only from their office. Anyway, I disagreed with her because this products has seriously made a difference in my dogs dental and I can attest to that. I highly recommend this product, along with brushing.

I’ve only been using this product for about a month now however it came highly recommended from our vet and I’ve noticed that my dogs breath (who previously was not something to be near) is much better. It doesn’t smell like mouth wash fresh obviously but I’m guessing it’s doing the job! Best of all it’s easy to use and my doggos don’t mind it mixed into their dry food.

My vet recommended me to start my dog on a product like this. The review seemed good so I bought it. Every time I give this to my dog, no matter how small of a sprinkle, she is constantly licking her mouth for a couple of hours and is very thirsty. Tonight is the last night that I used it because of this issue. and the scooper is short and hard to get out of the bottle.

We used this as instructed for 3 miniature Dachshunds, and after several refills, there were no noticeable results. Additionally, every day I was irritated by the tiny, short handled spoon like measuring thing. The tiny spoon like thing didn’t affect the lack of results, but it was just annoying.Additionally, when I read the instructions about dosage, it was a little loose. I would always think of the sizing “Bigger than a bread box, smaller than a boxcar.” Not good so I probably gave them too much, or too little, it was hard to tell. And it was pricey. We give it a solid Pass.
