The perfect compromise to floss
These seem to be the perfect compromise between filter floss and nothing at all.I was finding that my filter floss was clogging within a few days and the flow was slowing down so much that the oxygen levels were getting dangerously low. I had to keep pulling the fx6 out and cleaning it every two to three days, and any of you reading this that already own one will know that it's quite a pain to lug around.I have just done my first 7 days with these, and they were brown and full of particles, but the flow of the filter hadn't slowed down at all, so I'm very impressed. They obviously don't catch quite as much as fine floss, but they stop your filter from slowing down to a trickle, so for me, these are the perfect compromise.I have also found that they don't seem to fall apart like the floss once they have been cleaned, they seem like they will last a long long time before they need replacing.I couldn't recommend these enough!

Fits perfect
These filter pads are good, obviously they fit perfect and mine last for 6 months per pad, so you get plenty of use out of them, theyre cheap too, highly recommended.

Block your filter up quickly
These get blocked very quickly and I notice the flow rate diminish fast I would not use them again. I did have fine floss media underneath and it was only around the sides that water had hit it note my bio load is light and I have 3 of them running on my 150 gallon so now that I have removed them and use double fine floss I can easily not maintain my filters for 4 months on a rolling cycle.

These polishing pad works great in combination with the coarse foams of the FX and the filter floss pad. My biomedia stays really clean and my water is crystal clear.

Bu malzeme öyle aman aman bir temizlik yapmadığı gibi kısa sürede tıkanarak debiyi düşürüyor. FX4 için 2 kere denedim. İkincisinde filtre içinde seramik boncukları ve ikinci kırmızı tepsiyi çıkarmama rağmen 2 haftada tıkandı. Fluval'den beklemezdim. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

The pack was already open..3 course pads roughly stacked in...I have my doubt if these are original fluval filter pads...very low quality...DONT BUY !
