It was a gift. The kids loved it.

This is the second watch within the last two years that just stops working. They stop charging and are worthless! Contacted customer support and all they say is if it’s over three months old you’re out of luck. Nothing they can do to fix it. So so disappointing and my sweet grandson was crushed.

Device failed to connect to computer with the provided USB cable. V-TECH said that since it was not purchased from an authorized retailer, there is no warranty and they would not provide any support.
