Worst Worst Worst AC. I recommend don't buy this AC please. Don't waste your precious money on this AC.I purchased a Whirlpool AC expecting decent performance, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within a few weeks of installation, the cooling became inconsistent and the unit started making loud, irritating noises. Despite being rated as energy efficient, my electricity bill skyrocketed. The remote is unresponsive half the time, and the customer service is unhelpful and slow to respond. I regret choosing Whirlpool and would not recommend this AC to anyone looking for reliable cooling and quality. Save your money and go for a better brand.

Excellent product.I did not get the copper pipe with product when technician came to instal AC. Immediately contacted Amazon support team. They advised to buy pipe from brand service and amazon will reimbursement rs 3200 max for that.Excepresp9nse by team Amazon. Thank you

Still now no problems I have faced.... It's coolz the room fastly.... That's very fantastic... Actually I'm blindly buying 1st time this Whirlpool brand.... It satisfied me beyond my expectations.... My luck, I got installation call after my AC delivered within 1 hour.... That's very great.... The installation team from wirlpool well trained and do their job good.... In market, wirlpool magic cool 1.5ton ac price is very competitive also they maintain quality and service effectively... That's very interesting.... Then come to it's features, their memory restart, 6th sense mode, convertible mode all are very impressive.... Though this model has does have wifi connectivity. but all features ae can access through remote itself... Remote is quite compact and highly sensitive.....

Don't buy this AC. It is just waste of money and customer service is very poor. Its remote is not working properly and compressor is making loud noise. Within 1 month of purchase ac is not cooling properly and an acidic smell coming from it. I raised complaint in customer service but nobody ame to visit yet... Its been 3 weeks when i raised the issue

Please avoid buying this product.I purchased it, and on the very first day of installation (which cost me an additional ₹3,500), I encountered an E1 error, indicating the indoor unit of the AC was not working.I contacted both Amazon and Whirlpool — both promised a technician visit to assess the issue. The result? A manufacturing defect, which I later learned is common in this model. I had to repeatedly follow up with Whirlpool to initiate a refund.Amazon refused to process the refund until Whirlpool updated the status on their system — which they never did. After countless emails and follow-ups, the unit was finally picked up. However, it’s been over 15 days now, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m being told it will take longer since it’s a bulky product and needs to be returned to Whirlpool’s defect center.A truly horrible experience.If you’re okay with being without an AC for a month and chasing both brands endlessly, go ahead. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend staying away.
