Bit pricey but good quality. Looks good too.
Easy to install and the threaded pipe connections pass through a solid wood worktop. Quality British product.

This tap is beautifully designed, heavy duty, brilliant quality far better than my previous one which cost a lot and didn't last. The pictures do not do it justice it has an art deco feel as is excellent value for money

Kitchen tap
The tap is great. I was very disappointed with the packaging as the tap poked through the flat box and thin bag. Thought it would come at least in a sturdy box. However, the tap was fine and its a very solid unit. We have not installed it yet but it will look great once we do.We had the usual experience regarding speed of shipment so it came very quickly!

Writing on Taps ‘hot and cold’ coming off
Ordered in May 2024 but only fitted a month ago and never use cleaning products on it just a damp cloth so the writing should not have come off in such a short time or at all.

Bristan are the best.
Used for Belfast sink in kitchen. Bristan are the best. I have been using this brand for a number of years because of the quality. Bought the same tap 6 years ago and there was no discoloration and still looked brand new. I have their products all over my house. If it aint broke don't fix it

Faulty item
There’s a pattern with the reviews on this item. Product arrived in a box that had collapsed, the taps fell out when delivered. These were to replace identical ones bought over 10 years ago. There was no check valve as stated. When my plumber installed them we found the spout to be bent. I believe these are probably a bad batch after reading other reviews. Not cheap!! Really expected more from this company. Wouldn’t recommend to others.

extremely pleased with this product, always use bristan if i can, great quality, solid brass chrome plated, the thickness is very good feels thick, and oozes quality very heavy as well which is a sign of quality, because cheaper models that are lighter, is a sign that they are not solid brass, and therefore will not last as long, comes with 10 year guarantee which is what you should be looking for, came well packed as well.
