RENPHO Active Massage Gun, Percussion Back Massager Deep Tissue

I was very impressed with the overall power of the gun. I liked the assortment of attachments and the case provided with the set. The battery seems to run down fairly quickly but the USB-C charge seems to get it charged quickly. It is more effective on the back for someone else to use the gun on you. Otherwise, for the neck, arms, and legs you will be surprised how effective it is on the muscles!

I love this massager, I love the hot and cold option and how quiet it. I feel this a a good buy. The handle everything is nice and sleek.

I have 29 years experience as a licensed massage therapist, a licensed instructor, and a Continuing Education Provider. In general, Im very selective of any device if used. I have few I will turn to depending on the case. I am delightfully suprised and pleased with the quaility of this product. The hot and cold harmer put this product in a superior to other "gun" type products. The quite motor is nice, the amount of pressure easily controlled. Its not a heavy device nice for the operator even if on self. Avoid bones of course. It does a fairly good job on constricted points. The U head shape is a nice size does the back, neck and achilles area. I give this product depending on use, person and area of focus a thumbs up. I say this about very few devices as manual is most idea for people. That being said not always possible to find a therapist, or get to a session. A therapist using this in a session could be useful addition for patient to get more therapy areas covered in one session. I'd certainly buy this as a gift for loved ones. Especially for when I can not get to them for massage therapy they need. Do purchase with hot and cold excellent addition to the device. Its like having infared on a superior device. It can make a difference. That being stated, I would not recommend on anyone with a pacemaker. 3 million worldwide installed estimated 1 million are implanted each year according to google. On such I would not recommend any electrical massage therapy. For such I would only recommend a person trained in person, by a highly experienced massage therapist perferrably with teaching credidentals.

I read a positive review about this massage gun on the NYT's Wirecutter site and, seeing it was HSA eligible, I ordered one here. After six weeks of daily use, I can confirm that it was a great purchase. It includes a wide range of attachments (I mainly have neck and shoulder issues, and the fork is my favorite for those), a nice carrying case with storage indentations for the attachments and charger, and the gun charges quickly and keeps a charge for several days. I have two gym-rat twentysomething sons who use the gun regularly and say it has plenty of power, even on setting 3 of 4. (I find that settings 1 and 2 of 4 are plenty for me). The adjustable triangle design makes it relatively easy to get to most spots on the neck and back without an assistant. I suppose there is a chance it won't last too long, but it certainly seems to have been well worth the money. The relief it provides is deep and immediate. Highly recommended.

i bought this massager on the recommendation of my chiro practer. i have severe arthritis in my neck and it was almost impossible for me to turn my head to the left, i lost the use of my left arm over the past 3 month, my arm just hung down. this conditiones improved for short period of times when my chiropractitioner used his electric massager, so i decided to purchased a similar item. i searched on amazon for quit a while until i decided to try this product and i have to say it is the best decision i have ever made. once its charged, it lasts for multiple uses over several days, the display on how much power is left is very clear and easy to see, it can be set for a multitude of pressure, pounding or just massage points, has a warming element build into it that works nicely to heat your muscle. the handle is very comfortable and i can reach my shoulderblades while using it, the same goes for my lower back. i had been afraid i would have to ask my husband every time to help, but that is not the case. i got some mobility in my left arm back after two days of use, but after about a week, using it two to three times a day, i have full use of my left arm again. since i got very sick and ended up in the hospital, i have not tried out all the additional attachment and even so it has been two weeks since last use, there is still a charge in the massager. this product is really great, easy to use, very well designed and the prize seemed adequate for the product, definitely worse spending the money on. i can only highly recommend it to anyone who has stiffness of muscles or other issues that may be relieved thru a massage, this little gadget is worse the money spend. I have used this Renpho Massage Gun for about a week now and find it to be truly exceptional. I give it 5 stars in the 3 categories of pain relief, battery life and ease of use all of which mirror or exceed the manufacturer specification. Here is a detailed description of why I purchased the Penpho Massage Gun. My wife is suffering from what is called Iliotibial band syndrome or IT band syndrome. It's a very painful situation that can has crippling effects. I came across this when the chiropractor who is treating her recommended the use of a deep tissue massage instrument to augment his professional treatment. A little research brought me to choosing the Renpho Massage Gun. Why Renpho? I already use a Renpho smart scale that has served me well for a year or so, so I trust the company. The rest is history. After three 15 minute applications a day during the last week my wife is feeling very positive cumulative effects from the use of this massage instrument. Sure there are other choices but what I like about the Penpho gun is the intense vibratory poteny to be experienced in a cordless power format via a long lasting lithium ion, rechargeable battery. Additionally the unit comes with all accessories neatly packed in a quality, zippered attache case. Also the ability to adjust the long nose accessory nozzle to five different positions is very convenient especially for self treatment positioning. The units has a 4 position LED lit power indicator that can be adjusted on the fly in 25 % power increments. The unit is set to 15 minute massage sessions which is convenient to gage usage and save battery power. I'm sure there is more that can be said about this product but I will close with saying that I would recommend this particular model of Renpho Massage Gun to anyone who needs a powerful, cost effective cordless massage gun for deep tissue pain relief.

The Renpho R4 Massage Gun with Adjustable Arm has been a great addition to my self-care regimen. Long hours sitting at a computer alternating with exerting myself to the max at the gym leaves my shoulders very tight. The Renpho R4 allows me to reach all my sore muscles on my shoulders and upper back without having to contort myself. The massage gun comes with 6 attachments and can be adjusted to 5 different angles and 4 speeds. It comes in a nice soft-sided case in which the massage gun, attachments, and power supply have their own place to nest. It has solid construction and is made with quality materials. The design of the massager is very well-balanced, making it easy to hold and maneuver from any angle. Besides working on my shoulders, this massager has been great on my calves, which get sore after jumping rope. I can even reach my lower back with ease. The motor is pretty powerful without being too loud, though I have not needed to increase the power past the first setting to get my knots out. All in all, this massager is a great value, considering massage guns with comparable features charge up to 3x more than the Renpho.

Massager works as expected. Heat function works extremely well. Battery lasts a long time depending on how fast you have the setting.

This is a really great gun. The hot and cold is amazing. The variable pulse offers a lot of relief to sore muscle areas. The charge lasts a good long time. I'll go long periods of time without using it and then feel like I need it. I'm always shocked when I pick it up and it still has enough of a charge to use.
