It's a good stack. I took it before bed while having back pain, and it reduced the pain. It works; I would recommend it.

Effect on hair and high quality

Very relaxing after first dose, and a couple of hours later my muscles are not clasped tight around the joints where my pain radiates out from, which they are 70 -80 percent of the time..No ill affects after takingSo all seem okay just nowALL supplements take time to get to there full potentialsI will be happy to come back and update this review, once the package is finished, and if it’s positive effects continue to improve, I will order more.

It has now been a week since I've been taking them and I've had no issues with the intake.Good mix of Magnesium Glycinate and Citrate, spot on for not only the need of my body for this supplement, but also works for going to the toilet and against constipation - relief.No issues with size of this supplement and I just want to point it out I'm not taking them for hair benefits, but if it helps, it'll be a bonus.

good option need some extra magnesium. The tablets are a little on the big side but they can be snapped in half. they come well sealed. No negative side effect but can leave a bitter taste if they don’t go down smoothly.

Unfortunately gave me terrible heart palpitations, insomnia and anxiety! Would NOT buy again!
