These have been great for my teenager. Before taking these he was always in a bad mood, didn't want to do anything but lay in his room. We have noticed a change in his mood since he's been taking these. He is more calm, focused, and in a better mood. He said it has no taste and he can easily swallow the pills. It has been very effective for him. We will continue to use these. Highly recommend if you are looking for something natural ti help with depression.

This stuff worked really well. I took both at the same time and it was a little too much for me. It made me pretty relaxed and tired. But one in the morning and one in the evening worked great with no affects to my belly which I have a hard time with as far as supplements. I’ll definitely recommend this to friends and be buying again.

I have liked the product but unfortunately it was not in my package they say was delivered, since it is expensive I've canceled any future deliveries and I have not been reimbursed

I sleep better when I take this, I will take breaks from it if I get nightmares because if you have too much 5htp it manifests in nightmares. You can take it in the morning or evening. I’ve messed around with timing and I like to take it around 5/6 pm. Helps me feel calmer and happier as well. I like all the herbs in it too. Great combo!

1 star from me… I can’t say it is a terrible product, but what I can say with capital letter is IT IS NOT FOR ME! This combination of herbs didn’t work with my brain, it made mi anxiety rise to the highest levels ever. I was praying for them to stop working and the worse part was that I knew that calling an ambulance it was not going to help cause I was going through the effect of it, nothing else… so I drank as much water as possible and dealt with it for at least the following 7 hours. 😫😢😫

I have been using this supplement for about 5 months now and have seen a drastic difference in my mood. I was able to get off medication fully and just use this supplement for increased happiness and it’s helped with my grogginess
