Why did you pick this product vs others?:My favorite protein bar! I’ve long been a fan of Nature Valley’s Protein Bars, but I’ve always preferred the Coconut Almond flavor far more over any others. Hubby prefers the PB chocolate flavor best, with the Berry Blend as a close second for him. I do love PB/C, just not in protein bars, don’t why. These must be a popular snack as they are always very fresh, regardless of where I purchase them from. I chose this as the new product sounded tasty to me, and boy, is it ever! I really REALLY enjoy this flavor!!! Hubby enjoyed it too but wasn’t as crazy for them as I am. They are refreshing, and remind me of a mango lassi. 😋

Pretty tasty. Helpful in my low-carb, high-protein diet. Wrappers are easy to rip open. A great snack between breakfast & lunch, lunch & dinner or dinner and bedtime, to keep the metabolism cranking.Eating tiny meals, with nothing else in-between, is a prescription for putting your body into starvation mode = virtually no weight loss! Bars like this, along with protein drinks, do the trick for me!!

I'm sorry, I wanted to love these but they really don't taste great. Stick to the basic flavors.

Nature Valley Tropical Blend and small Pay Day= great snack combo.

i don't usually write reviews, but this one is just, no. I like most nature valley products, even the savory granola bars that seem to have been discontinued. I guess i was the only one. The tropical protein bars remind me of when you're a little kid and you've got to choke down some flavored liquid antibiotic. Possible, but not pleasant.

It tastes ok but has an slight bitterness, I much prefer the other flavors.
