I’ve been using this for over a week now and I feel it’s helping, I’ve had some mild kidney dysfunction in the past and this is an affordable way to manage it since Drs won’t do anything. Easy to take, no aftertaste or weird smell, and seems to be good quality. I will likely repurchase.
