An effing rodent chomped on the windshield washer hoses on our Honda Clarity. I figured out the problem but a garage gave us a $200 estimate to fix it. I ordered this kit and took the time to figure out the bizarre secrets that Honda used to put together the cowl. Bottom line: six screws, seven retainers, a couple tricks and a lot of swearing and I had access to the damage.This kit almost effortlessly fixed the rat damage. The only hard part was, again, disassembling the cowl, then reassembling it.

The little tubing section between my engine area and my hood snapped a few years back, and for a while, I used a part of a straw wrapped with electrical tape to fix it, allowing the washer fluid to make it from the tank to the sprayers on the underside of the hood. When I saw this kit, I was pretty excited to try it out, since my straw had failed some months ago.When I went to install it, though, I found that the size of the tubing and parts would not fit properly with the original tubing. If I had wanted to replace the entire system, this would have worked just fine, but as I wanted it to tie into the original tubing system to fix one leaking section, I was a little disappointed.I was able to use a couple of the couplers to modify another tubing set.

Works as intended

Regrettably, this product proved incompatible with my vehicle. While exhibiting high quality and durability at a reasonable price point, it was ultimately unsuitable for my intended application.
