They corrected the issue with really polite and positive correspondence! They replied so fast and I still received the item in the stated time frame. Looks really lovely! Bought for my best friend who just had a baby and she absolutely loved it, really looks great hanging on her wall . I bought my own frame for it so can't advise on frames available by seller. Communication from seller was also great as after ordering I realised number 1 song at the time was WAP, not very appropriate. Lol. They messaged back quickly that they always keep an eye on what the song is and if not appropriate they replace with moon phase which looked good. Very happy customer.
