I like to keep these Pamprin heat patches right by my bed in case I get awful, debilitating menstrual cramps in the middle of the night and can’t get out of bed. The heat from the patch gives me enough relief until I’m able to get out of bed to take some meds. I like the shape of the patches, as it makes moving with them on more maneuverable with the dip in the middle (versus rectangular-shaped), and it’s thin enough to be discreet as well as sticky enough to stay put.However, I had a few drawbacks using these period patches. First, you need high-waisted underwear, aka granny panties, since it's recommended it be used over fabric. The only underwear I had that was high enough were period underwear, so the fabric was thick and really didn’t radiate enough heat that I found hot enough. I think it did do a so-so job relieving cramps, but it could’ve done a better job if it were hotter, but I didn’t want to chance wearing this directly on my skin since I wore it to sleep. And second, the heat didn’t last the full 12 hours. By the time I woke up 7 ½ hours later, it was barely warmer than skin temp. It also took over 30 minutes to very slowly warm up, and when you’re heavily cramping, those 30 minutes can be torturous. If you have mild cramps, these should work fine since they’re better priced than some other brand, but for me, I won’t be reordering them again.

Kept warm and stayed in place all day. Will definitely buy again!

The idea is great, i've been having some painful cramps and the warmth has taken the edge off of them while i'm at work. They definitely lose heat after 6ish hours, it takes about 30 minutes for them to warm fully, and they get pretty hard as well. With that being said, the adhesive works really well and doesn't damage your clothes, you can't really see them through your clothes, the shape is nice and size is pretty good, and like I said, the heat does help take the edge off of the pain. Not quite sure it's worth $20 for only three of them though.

I have been using heat patches as needed for cramp relief for years but I've never quite found one that did it all. I saw this pop up in my Amazon search results and figured I'd try yet another brand and see. I'm SO happy I did! I love the size of the patch, but most of all, the 12 hour relief is amazing! 12 hour relief, all over heat, easy to hide under clothing and a large patch - it really does it all. Thrilled!

These are easy to apply but are only single use. I like that they are drug free so I can also take my regular meds without worry. They are this and discreet, no scent so no one even knows I’m getting pms relief. They heat up quickly and last several hours but I wouldn’t say 12. They are comfortable and don’t cause irritation.

We purchased product to provide relief for our teenage daughter of menstrual cramps as she sleeps at night. They can be intense and disturb her rest.Upon use, she confirmed that the product was super helpful to provide relief.
