Is it capsule or tablet.
Operation success but patient died. The content of capsule is excellent. But the capsule is very hard, feels like tablet. Smell was awkward and it's very difficult to swallow. Kindly change the capsule outer layer. Thank you sir 🙏

This product is good and I almost used up 20 tablets for the past month. In an article, I found that omega 3 can reduce head and body pain and I have some head pain because I am a fresher who joined an IT company. So, I bought this product and tried it. It works well for my head pain but for body pain, I do not know. My mom has been trying another omega-3 supplement for pat one year she does not have any side effects keeping that in mind I buy this. But you can make a consultancy with a doctor.
