this product has no odor yet all I read is how ichthammol smells horrible?

I ahve not opened the tube I just bought. I have used this before in the past it does have an odor. It is not bad at all and once you put a band aide on it you dont smell anything. Even if it does smell there is no netter cure for big bites or infection you may get. Wont live with out it. I have used it on my grand childrens infected bite and they havent said a word about the smell

Is this product made in USA?

if you are reluctant about made in china product, scroll down and find ihchtammol (ichtiol) 10% and 20% made in ukraine. certainly natural

Can you use this in delicate areas where a boil might form?

I put it on bandaid and cover whatever I need to get rid of. 2-3 days later it's ready to "pop". I have never needed on sensitive area but would think it would be fine as long as ointment /bandaid stay in place. I love this stuff!! Absolutely amazing how it works to pull "gunk" to the surface.

Is there a comparable product that isn't a fake Chinese concoction? American made?

Yes, I found a company that actually has the REAL Ichthammol 205 salve - legendscreekfarm.com makes it and it smells like it should. while this chinese concoction is BLACK - do not be fooled. Though it doesn't seem to cause any problem to use...... just be watchful.
