It's not bad at all.
This works when I don't feel like cutting up bell peppers and unions, etc. I have to add seasoning to taste. And, it not salty.

Good Flavor for Premade
Is best to make this stuff up from scratch yourself. Spices often get a little bland and package mixes like this that may have sat around a while at Amazon. The flavor was solid though and could easily be spiced up if you needed it.
