No real exotic ingredients to this "male performance" supplement gummy. Apple cider vinegar. beet juice. pomegranate juice. All in very small quantities. Probably bit of a stretch as nothing "male" about it. It tastes fine. Not too "gummy"--easy to chew. Only 2 per serving. Gives you a small dose of good for you vitamins. Its difficult to say I notice anything different taking these. Definitely no problems at all with it.

It’s not what was promise

first this producted should be viewed as an apple cider vinegar product because when i read "performance" or something to that effect, i'm expecting like some testosterone ingredients and other things but it's really nothing of the sort. as far as taste goes, it's fine and nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to chewables that i've had. as far as energy and strength, i mean there really isnt any science behind the idea of both strength and energy for apple cider vinegar products so i didnt find it useful or effective for the "performance" aspect of things. all in all, if you're looking for an apple cider vinegar product, this isnt a bad option but know you're not going to get some sort of workout boost.
