Molton BrownBluebell & Wild Strawberry Bath & Shower Gel 300 ml

i've never used this brand myself before, but friends rave about it, so thought i'd give it a try. have to admit, at first i was a bit underwhelmed. it doesn't lather up as much as some other brands, and the scent doesn't hit you instantly, it doesnt' scream STRAWBERRY!!! at you when you open the lid. so i was beginning to think, what's all the fuss? if you were rating it on instant impact, i'd have given it a 0! but it genuinely does get better in time. by the time i've done my shower etc, and i'm not a 3 minute shower type of guy, it's beginning to do it's stuff. once i was dried off, i could smell the scent all over and my skin felt fantastic. i do suffer from slightly greasy skin at times, especially in warm weather, this gel did wonders for that. and the scent lasts too, and it's not overpowering, or sickly sweet like some other fruit based scents i've come across. and you don't need much of it, even in this area which has the definition of hard water!! so, if you want to be drowned in sickly sweet strawberry scent, and have inches deep soapy lather all over when you shower, and that lasts about 5 minutes when you dry off, then don't bother with this one. if you want a really nice smell, a shower gel that does wonders for your skin and that lasts well after you've used it, then go for it. sure it's expensive, but you need so little, it'll last 20 times longer than cheaper brands.

Really impressed with this. The scent is fresh and clean without being overpowering, and it leaves your skin feeling smooth and hydrated. It’s a simple way to upgrade your daily shower routine. Definitely worth trying

Molton Brown products rarely disappoint. The scents are beautiful and they lather effortlessly.This new scent is just exquisite though - evoking spring scents of bluebell woods. Gorgeous. I also purchased the body lotion and the scents stay with me all day long.

Previously I didn’t really understand the hype about this brand but after being able to try it I can say with confidence it’s for the smell and luxurious consistency! I get it now haha, the blueberry strawberry mix makes for a delectable scent but doesn’t smell like cheap artificial fruit scents if that makes sense. For the 300ml bottle you get a little goes a long well as it lathers up so nicely on the skin so you won’t be needing to use 1/4 of the bottle in one use! It’s definitely a treat-yourself kind of product but there’s nothing negative about it that I can say
