Q: Is this bag leakproof?

I've never spilled anything inside, but the sweat from the ice walls stay inside. I absolutely love this bag... The stuff in the two outside compartments have always stayed completely dry.

Q: What is the warranty?

THEY DO have a “warranty” of some kind. Arctic Zone customer service is amazing. Just visit their website and there’s a warranty request form there. I know because I just submitted a claim a week ago (for a 3 year old lunchbox I had from them i loved and was on its last legs), and they just sent me THIS titan lunchbox free of charge. I didn’t even have my old receipt. Just sent some photos of how crummy it was and they sent another. Amazing service.

Q: How do you remove the ice walls?

I am having the same problem. I do not have the ability to unzip or remove the ice walls from this bag

Q: How are you supposed to freeze the ice packs if they don’t come out of the lunch box?

There are zipper pockets that hold the 3 ice packs. Just unzip ‘em and remove them for freezing. The zippers are on the outside of the pack, so you don’t even have to open the bag to get at them.
