Versatile, durable, non toxic, its great!
We love it. Nice size, versatile, sturdy pan. It has no coating or unhealthy material. It depends on what you make whether it'll stick a bit but if you're using non toxic materials a little bit of food sticking should be expected and scrubbing a little bit after soaking is a small price to pay for a peace of mind, the nonstick is not worth the risk and it has its downsides too, it wears off and you have to be super careful not to scratch it, what water temperature you use to wash it and how soon etcWith non coated metal like in this pan you dont have to worry about that, so what if you have to scrub a little bit, its only a big inconvenience if we let ourselves to be duped by advertisements. Basically get the pan, its great.

If you want good quality pots & pans made in the USA, you want this company! The quality and workmanship is amazing. These are forever pots. My dad was a professional chef. If he was still on the planet, he would give this company a big thumbs up!

This is a great pan and a good value
This pan is well balanced and heats evenly. I cook using pretty high heat on occasion, and the handle stays cool. The instructions mention using Barkeeper's Friend for clean-up, which worked well; easy to clean up. Performs just as well as other pans priced significantly higher. I would recommend this product.

Durable, well-priced cookware
My husband and I had a mishmash of pots and pans, and with this year's spring cleaning I finally decided to buy a nice grownup set of pots and pans. I prefer quality and wanted to try stainless steel, but I didn't want to splurge, just in case I ended up hating them. After some Google searches and many weeks of reading Amazon reviews on different sets. I settled on this Tramontina Tempo Tri-Ply Base Stainless Steel set.Pros:Build Quality: It's full tri-ply construction — stainless steel + aluminum + stainless — not just a bonded bottom. That means better heat distribution across the whole pan.Performance: Heats evenly, holds heat well, good searing performance. You only need to use low to low-medium heat due to the nature of the Tri-Ply Base.Affordability: You get premium-level performance for a mid-range price. Great value.Appearance: Brushed stainless finish looks clean and professional. They hold up well to frequent use. Clean with Bar Keepers Friend (BKF) for tough stains.Oven-Safe w/caveat: Only oven-safe up to 350°F. It's advertised as 400°F, but the user manual says 350°F. More expensive sets are typically oven-safe up to 500°F. (still a Pro at this price point)Induction-Compatible: They work with induction stovetops.Warranty: They come with a lifetime warranty, which is impressive at this price point. Make sure to read the user manual before using to make sure you use them correctly, so you don't void your warranty. Improper use and/or care will void the warranty.Cons:Weight: Tri-ply stainless pans are naturally heavier; they're a bit clunky, especially larger pots.Handles: Handles can get pretty hot during stovetop cooking. I use silicone handle grips to prevent this issue.Sticking Issues: Like all stainless cookware, food can stick if you don’t properly preheat and oil the pan — they’re not non-stick. However, this can be avoiding by properly oiling the pan and making sure you don't overheat. I never use over medium heat, and sticking isn't an issue. There is just a learning curve if you're new to stainless cookware. If you want high-quality stainless steel cookware but don’t want to splurge on brands like All-Clad, Tramontina is a fantastic alternative. This Tri-Ply Tempo set, in particular, punches way above their price tag in performance. It's a great set for those new to stainless steel cookware.

I couldn’t love this more!
Wonderful piece! It cooks really nice, the heat distribution is spot on, better than other hard coated pans I own. Cooking on SS can be tricky most people forget it needs to be heated up to the proper temperature, but this pan makes cooking easy! The pan cleans right up, and the handles are comfortable to handle. It’s so versatile, the pan goes from stove to oven with ease! I’ve been looking for a SS I can afford that will cook nicely and clean up nicely, and this is the one! I’ll be expanding my assortment with this brand for sure!

you can’t go wrong with this pot
This is a relatively inexpensive stainless steel alternative to the high-end brands of cookware that are induction compatible. It is sturdy but not too heavy. This generously-sized 3-quart pot but has additional volume to hold a little extra without spilling over the top. Also, the pot conveniently has pouring spouts on two sides, making it compatible for lefties. Because its interior is not ’stick free,’ I’ve just been throwing it in the dishwasher for cleaning; even the lid goes in. As far as I can tell the bottom has no ‘hot spots’. The inside of the pot has a grid to indicate volume which is handy. I read a review in Wirecutter which propelled me to try it out. I”m glad I did.
