Hi! Does this viking costume include a cape?

Yes. There are 2 velcro strips on the shoulders, but they're not very strong, so the cape repeatedly falls off. We reinforced it with new velcro strips on both the shoulders and the cape, and we didn't have any issues after that.

Does the sword come out of the sheath? Is it attached by a belt?

It comes out of the sheath, the hat is very flimsy, I'm going to order another style for Halloween
