Trayvax Element Wallet

I decided I wanted to try something different so after reading a zillion reviews on this wallet I decided to spend close to $100 bucks on this contraption ,... I figured some of the reviewers musta been on drugs or something cuz it's litterly a piece of metal with some leather wrapped around it , I was sooo sure I'd hate the thing but I remember reading one review saying to try it out for a week before making a hasty decision ,...so that's what I decided to do ,...after soaking it in water and adding my every day cards to dry to fit I was off and running ,... such a weird wallet but after using it for awhile it Seems kinda natural ,...I was so sure I'd hate this stupid thing but it's actually pretty cool ,... my only real complaint would be the initial cost , functionality it's very well thought out and works nicely .

Like everything, there's good things and bad things about this wallet. I love that's it's made in the US, it's much smaller than my old wallet, and it looks cool. Also, removing your debit card or getting your ID from the wallet is real easy to do. I love that I don't have to open up a folded wallet to get a card out.Now the cons. I just don't see this as an "every day carry" wallet. I just don't. And it's very uncomfortable, especially if you're used to a leather wallet, or any other wallet that seems to form or flex to your body when in your back pocket. Due to the thick metal on this wallet frame, there is no molding to your body. And you'll notice it the first time you sit in your car or anywhere for that matter. I found myself taking my wallet out to drive and putting it on the cup holder due to the discomfort. I really can't see myself using this every day, so I went ahead and ordered another wallet on Amazon just 2 days later.So, long story short: cool wallet, rugged, will probably last you a lifetime. Not comfortable, heavy, can't imagine it as my every day carry.

Forty years old, a dozen and a half wallets and I finally found one I can't complain about. It's rigid but thin and hold just enough but not too much to annoy me. I can even fit a slim tile which if you're me you must have one on your keys too. I did soak it to form it to what I wanted to carry which worked great. I then spent a few days rubbing mink oil. It's a broken in masterpiece now.

Well, it's awesome. Once you get it molded correctly for the right number of cards and whatnot, it's great. Just the right size; sturdy but light. It's unique, no doubt. However, it cost far too much, hence only four stars. It's a piece of what i believe is aircraft grade aluminum and a healthy piece of leather. That's it. At $89, it's about $50 too much. So consider it an indulgence.

I waited a while before I review this "wallet'. I purchased it because I wanted something different from the normal wallet. This little guy did a nice job of helping me slim down my bulky wallet into something more manageable. However, the manageable aspect could be better implemented. I have a debit and credit card, driver's license, CCW permit, a Cosco membership card, and my US Passport card in this. Along with some cash (which I should mention perfectly fit into the cutout inside the contraption), getting to the cards can be cumbersome. It seems as if there is a better way to access these cards. Those that utilize Google/Apple/Samsung pay for much of their transactions may not experience the same issue I'm having with it. Once thing that has come in handy is the built-in bottle opener. If you are a social drinker or alcoholic, it'll come in handy! Otherwise, this is an expensive way to be different from the rest of the crowd in regards to a wallet.

I shopped wallets for about 3 mos and kept coming back to this one. This thing is bullet proof! Outstanding craftsmanship. Great quality leather. And I love the paracord stitching. I have made several paracord lanyards for it. This is a great looking and long lasting peice that I feel I will use for years to come. Old leather bi fold style wallets I used to need to replace every few years. I can’t see that this will need replaced ever! Love it!

Let me say this has became my favorite wallet. I have owned this wallet for about 6 months now and it has served me well for holding cards and cash. At first if coming from a traditional wallet like I did it takes a minute to get used to it but once you do it becomes fast to get cards in and out of your wallet. I’d you are a fan of leather you will love this. I got the tobacco brown color and it has aged and became a really beautiful color leather that I like a lot. If I were to get another wallet this would be my go to wallet again. The price is a little different than what I’d normally pay for a wallet but it is well worth the money. If your on the fence, buy it.

This is truly a masterpiece design. I keep a membership card on the front so that the metal rivet won't damage any important card like bank card or driving licence. There's a little bit of fraying on the paracord, but I can simply burn it off with a lighter. All in all, I am quite happy with this wallet. I search and compare many and this is the one, the perfect one.

Had searched high and low for a compact, functional and stylish minimalist wallet. After considering just about every option available (Ridge, Phantom, etc), I decided on the Trayvax and couldn't be happier. Have been using it from a few weeks and it's a solid piece that will hold up well over time. The leather craftsmanship is impressive and the design is eccentric while being very functional. It's certainly not for everyone but if you're on the market for a minimalist wallet, you should give this one some thought.

Really great materials used in the construction of this wallet. I used their method to stretch it out since I carry 8 cards plus cash, which it holds easily and could hold more If needed. Overall the wallet is amazing, small and light versus a bi fold. Really happy with it.

My proud to show wallet. I've added this to my belt chain. It holds my ample cash 20 bills, and 3 cards! My backup is the Axis which holds my less used cards. Who ever said "one" wallet has to do everything !

First time in a long time a product that holds what it promises. Absolutely great wallet. Don't know what I did without it till now. I am a Harley rider and always had to put my previous wallet in the trunk or saddle bag and many times go back to the bike to go get it.A thing of the past now.Great product and great service guys!! Keep up the good work.

Nice product. I find it pricy but like that its all american. Im saying this being Canadian as well and the quality and look of this thing is second to non. I am pleased so far with my purchase.
