There is no change in gut health observed even after using 15 capsules. It claims to contain almost all strains of probiotics. I normally use G-Norm sachet when having symptoms of diahrrea and one sachet gives very good relief. It contains Saccharomyces boulardii (250mg) equivalent to 1 Billion cells. And this Carbamide capsule also contains 1 Billion cells, but never worked. I also use Sporlac DS which also works good, but this Carbamide doesn't work. I opened the capsule and tasted the content and I tasted nothing but Sugar Powder. I highly doubt the Authenticity of this Capsule. Because I observed Zero improvement in Gut health. Normally when you take probiotics you will observe immediate change in your feces, they don't smell bad, looks consistent etc. Thats when you know the probiotics work. This product feels like Scam.
