I have ambiguous feelings about this product. IT's nice to have an organic psyllium husk capsule. When i originally rated this product I gave it two stars because, I felt, and I still feel that the product description is misleading. When i ordered it I naturally though each capsule contain 1000 mg of psyllium. That's how it's advertised and that's what it says on the front of the jar you can see, However when i got the jar and read the side it said that a serving was 2 capsules and that a serving, not the capsule, was 1000 mg. I wrote the supplier and they confirmed that indeed the capsule is only 500 mg. and not 1000. I was previously taking 4 to 6 capsules per day of an 875 mg capsule; I thought this brand was only slightly more expensive, but in fact it costs twice as much per 1000mg dose than i calculated. However once you know that you are getting 500 mg capsule, it's a fine product. IT may be actually almost 10 times as expensive as other psylliumcapsules that are on sale on Amazon, but the others, of course, are not organic. I should add that customer service is fantastic. They heard my argument about deceptive labelling and they said they would mention it to management. They also sent me a free bottle which i think they do routinely on a first order. I haven't decided if these are more effective than the less expensive capsules . I'll test over the next month and update the review.

Much easier than taking powdered form and just as effective

The best brand, the best results. Very impressed with this brand, I needed extra strength due to my disability limiting my everyday 'moving around routine'. I don't get to walk as much as I'd like. I supplement an apple daily with 3 liters of water minimum first thing when I wake. I don't take it with vitamins due to malabsorption of nutrients, but I wait 2 hours after and right before lunch (lots of leafy greens), I finish off my 3rd liter with an electrolyte powder mixed with the water. So far, superior results without cramps or pain, big, hello! results and feel better straight away. Plus, it makes you feel full enough where I don't get hungry before bed. I know the label reads to take it at night but if I wait that long, no successful morning results. Works better than other brand, far superior, just need to be diligent about staying well hydrated. Only brand I will use now after Colace messed up my system bad. Avoid Colace if you can, it cheats what should happen naturally. Highly recommend.

Great benefits to taking this, like extra fiber, better cholesterol levels and heart health and diabetes. But to me, one of the best things is the Superior Labs has no added fillers like magnesium stearate!! If you’re looking for psyllium, this brand is the best!!!

Works well. Not easy to swallow because the outer coating of the capsule becomes very sticky as soon as you put it in your mouth so it needs to be swallowed immediately. Not sure what thickness means? Relatively large capsules but only need to take 2 a day, as opposed to other brands.

I have been pleasantly surprised with this supplement. I was not expecting much if anything to seem different but I can tell a huge difference on the days I use it and on the days I don’t. I especially see great things when I am consistently using it for more than a couple days. I have recently been dabbling in a low carb high fat diet and it really is hard to get enough fiber into your diet. This helps SO much. I am definitely a more regular visitor to the restroom with this on board. I really like this company’s purity promise and it puts my mind to rest because you really never know what is in some brands supplements. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to add more fiber into their diet.

I wanted to try these Psyllium Husk supplements because it contains only organic psyllium husk without any added ingredients or chemicals. I was surprised to find out that not only is psyllium husks a great dietary fiber, but that it also helps with mild cases of diarrhea! I have taken this supplement off an on for the past couple of months, and I love the results! I take this during occasional bouts of constipation, and it definitely helps. I just recently used this supplement when I had a mild case of diarrhea as well. I felt way better after I took this supplement. Not only does this supplement work very well, but I love that the company is committed to providing a good quality, pure product. I recommend this supplement to anyone who wants to add some heart healthy dietary fiber into their diet, anybody who wants some support with toilet regularity, and even for mild cases of diarrhea.

This is my fourth order and I'm very pleased with results. This product definitely supports my need of staying regular on a daily basis. Easy to take. I've tried other brands and much prefer this one.
