We cut out seed oils in our house for health reasons and I love this tallow, it is very creamy and not at all gritty. It is triple rendered so there is no beefy smell. I like that it is 100% tallow with no additives and made in the good old USA. This tallow is great for cooking and even for skin care. It has a high smoke point so it is perfect for deep frying. Also, the bucket seals really well. I will be buying again in the future.

I have never cooked with beef tallow before, but I keep getting it recommended to me by family and others. I don't know why I waited so long, as this stuff is AMAZING!I cook a lot, so I decided to go for the large container to save on costs. The quality is amazing. It adds such a flavor to food you will never get with oil or butter. It's got such a nice, beefy smell and flavor. It's so smooth and melts easily. It feels nice on skin, too! But that's not my usage.This container will last FOREVER if stored in the fridge.This is my new favorite cooking fat, and I will definitely get more when it runs out, which will take a long time given the amount!

I love this product! This is beef fat. It's fairly solid, doesn't need refrigeration and very handy for frying up a steak. Beef tallow is old school. It's simply one of the healthiest fats for cooking because the body absorbs it and this won't harden your arteries like "seed oils". It cooks at fairly high temps before smoking. For cooking steaks in the 400 F band it's fine. At room temperature it's solid but melts quickly with a little heat.

Delicious beef tallow for cooking and baking. It has no foreign smell to it and the texture is just right. The quality of this tallow is amazingly good. Value is unbeatable for the amount and quality. I'd purchase again when I need more. Excellent product!

Really high quality tallow! Pure white with a very light, beefy smell. Doesn't melt until heat is applied. I'm very satisfied.
